  10.        This chapter lists supplemental information to the _I_R_I_S
  11.        _S_o_f_t_w_a_r_e _I_n_s_t_a_l_l_a_t_i_o_n _G_u_i_d_e.  The information listed here is
  12.        product-specific; use it with the Installation Guide to
  13.        install this product.

  15.        2.1  _I_m_a_g_e__F_o_r_m_a_t__L_i_b_r_a_r_y__S_u_b_s_y_s_t_e_m_s

  17.        The Image Format Library includes these subsystems:

  19.        _i_f_l__e_o_e._s_w._c++    This is the C++ version of the Image
  20.                          Format Library DSO.

  22.        _i_f_l__e_o_e._s_w._c      This is the C version of the Image Format
  23.                          Library DSO. It depends on the C++
  24.                          version: _i_f_l__e_o_e._s_w._c++.

  26.        _i_f_l__e_o_e._s_w_3_2._c++  This is the N32 C++ version of the Image
  27.                          Format Library DSO.

  29.        _i_f_l__e_o_e._s_w_3_2._c    This is the N32 C version of the Image
  30.                          Format Library DSO. It depends on the C++
  31.                          version: _i_f_l__e_o_e._s_w_3_2._c++.

  45.        This section lists the subsystems (and their sizes) of the
  46.        Image Format Library option.

  48.        If you are installing this option for the first time, The
  49.        subsystems marked ``default'' are the ones that are
  50.        installed if you use the ``go'' menu item.  To install a
  51.        different set of subsystems, use the ``install,''
  52.        ``remove,'' ``keep,'' and ``step'' commands in _i_n_s_t to
  53.        customize the list of subsystems to be installed, then
  54.        select the ``go'' menu item.

  56.        Note:  The listed subsystem sizes are approximate. Refer to
  57.               the _I_R_I_S _S_o_f_t_w_a_r_e _I_n_s_t_a_l_l_a_t_i_o_n _G_u_i_d_e for information

  93.        2.4  _P_r_e_r_e_q_u_i_s_i_t_e_s

  95.        If you want to install _i_f_l__e_o_e._s_w._c, you must also install
  96.        _i_f_l__e_o_e._s_w._c++.  If you want to install _i_f_l__e_o_e._s_w_3_2._c, you
  97.        must also install _i_f_l__e_o_e._s_w_3_2._c++.  Your workstation must
  98.        be running at least release IRIX 6.2 in order to use release
  99.        1.0 of this product.
